1. Informational use

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or contract for any product or service. Any engagement with Purple Horizon Ventures for services requires a separate written agreement.

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, brokerage, lending, payments, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Purple Horizon Ventures is a software company; it is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, lender, money services business, or financial-services provider of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site by automated means without our prior written permission;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its network, or breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures;

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Purple Horizon Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and link to the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All other use requires our prior written permission.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

7. No warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, and we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, the parties each waive any right to a trial by jury and any right to participate in a class action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

11. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

12. Severability, entire agreement, and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Purple Horizon Ventures regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
